Looking Glass Events

The brief for this website was to create the experience of moving, like Alice, through the looking glass into another world. My design is based on Tenniel’s illustrations from the book and picks up the theme of chess as a metaphor for strategy, planning and entertainment. I handcoded this site in XHTML, using rollovers rather than Flash for increased accessibility and SEO.
